INGREDIENTS
1/2 Orange Candy, seeded, peeled, halved, sliced
4 figs, quartered
As little or as much prosciutto as you like
Sprinkle or salt
Drizzle of olive oil
Garnish with watercress or basil
METHOD
1. Arrange prosciutto on serving plate.
2. Cut slices of Orange Candy in half and arrange in between prosciutto on serving plate.
3. Place figs in the gaps on the plate
4. Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil
5. Garnish with watercress or basil.
