12 slices prosciutto
1 Orange Candy, cut into 12 slices, skin removed
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Large handful of rocket or salad greens of your choice
50g marinated feta
1. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each piece of Orange Candy and place three to four slices on a serving plate.
2. Whisk together the vinegar and olive oil and pour over the salad greens. Toss to coat and place a mound in the centre of each plate.
3. Crumble the feta over the salad.
